Commissions / Revenue Share:  Each Month, during the term of this Affiliate Program Agreement, Affiliate shall be entitled to receive monthly Commissions (“Revenue Share”) in accordance with the schedule shown below:

            A. The 10.0% applies to all cash collected (excluding sales tax, shipping and freight) in excess of $10,001 each month during the term of this Agreement.
